I have used these cod liver oil softgels for years and have always liked them. The Vitamin Shoppe also has excellent customer service, and quickly replaced an order that had been lost in shipping without any hassle.

Carlson Liver Oil and Omega 3 Products are the best of the best according to my nutritionist who has a masters on the subject. In use, the above mentioned Carlson products have really helped my health by taking one a day with a meal of both the Liver Oil and the Super Omega 3. I highly recommend.

This is a great price for this - better than anything I can find around here. It was recommended to me for my (thyroid-induced) thinning hair. It works dramatically well!

This is a good strong vitamin supplement without countless additives. Most such supplements seem to contain calcium which is a liability for me (kidney stone attacks). With the newest health information out telling us we need lots more Vit D than had previously been believed, Cod Liver Oil in this form is easy to take at this much better dosage. I do happen to believe this company produces purer vitamins than many (my personal opinion with no connection to the company other than consumer).
In addition I feel at 74, I need a strong immune system which this is known for. Along with that, moving to a state with long winters (after years in Texas)the lack of year around sunlight tends to cause some depression which Cod Liver Oil definitely affects positively.
Add to this a reasonable cost in these tough economic times, and am pleased all around.
